Moontide Events is a small, local market organizer, and we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated. This notice explains, in plain language, what we collect through our vendor application and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out the vendor application, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name and contact information (email, phone, website, and the area you're based in), your business or farm name, and the information about your booth — what you sell, the markets and dates you're interested in, your booth and schedule preferences, your permit and insurance status, any accommodations that would help you vend comfortably, and any notes you add.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to review your application, match you with the right market and booth, and contact you about your application and our markets. That's it.
Where it's kept
Your application is stored securely with our database provider, and access is limited to the Moontide Events team who manage the markets. We don't sell your information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we won't add you to any unrelated mailing lists.
A note on accommodations
If you tell us about accommodations you need, we use that information solely to help you take part comfortably and we keep it private. You never have to share more than you're comfortable sharing.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We don't follow you around the web or build a profile on you — the site simply collects the application you choose to submit.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've given us at any time. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
